Our rental service program has been designed with the Owner’s interest as our main objective. It is our sincere desire to rent our units to maximum capacity as dictated by the market in Naples, Florida. Typically, this means that the main rental period is “the season”, January, February, and March. April rentals will be dependent upon the winter temperatures in the northern part of our country.
When an owner enters into An Exclusive Right to Lease or Rent Agreement, they are agreeing to furnish their unit in accordance with our company’s Inventory List. All of our rental rates are based on the model type. Our full time Rental Agent will tour the unit, and review the Inventory List with the owner. Additionally, she is responsible for the condition of the unit during a tenant’s stay. The unit will be walked prior to a tenant’s arrival, and after their departure.

We are members of the Naples Area Chamber of Commerce, the Naples Board of REALTORS, Naples Area Multiple Listing Service, and the Sunshine MLS serving both Collier and Lee counties. We offer referral fees to all cooperating Brokers of these services.
