Tax on all leases less than a six-month period.
A $750 security deposit is required with the signing of all seasonal
leases. An exit-cleaning fee ranging from $70-150 (plus tax) is due with
your rent and is non-refundable.
There is a Membership transfer fee payable to Naples Heritage Golf &
Country Club after check-in. Naples Golf in Paradise Realty is not responsible
for any golf fees and charges. MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER FEES AND GOLF FEES
ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UPON THE DISCRETION OF NAPLES HERITAGE GOLF &
COUNTRY CLUB.
At Cedar Hammock (Adjacent to Naples Heritage) and Forest Glen, and you
will be checking in with us at that office. This gives you an opportunity
to meet our staff. We strive to make your golf vacation an enjoyable, and
pleasant experience.
